Big oscam changes on the way regarding cache exchange

Developer blueven from streamboard just introduced so-called hash tables. In layman words this means reduced CPU usage by big margin, there are also other improvements!

Consequence is that everyone which is doing cache sharing needs to update to latest oscam. Currently there is only patch file which needs to be compiled with oscam manually. This is just a precaution because blueven is now waiting for reports from users if there are any problems, etc. We can expect patch to get in trunk soon. Reports seems to be positive.

And patch is now in the trunk. Everyone who is using cacheex should now be using the latest version.
