Images freezing at each 10 minutes

Hi,
I´m using a CCcam2.3.0 in my Vu+Duo² box, but I´m getting images freezing at each 10 minutes.
is there any way to fix this issue ?

This is my CCcam.cfg config file:
N: sigma015.sanford.biz 35000 xxxxx yyyyy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

This is my output from ps -ef | grep CCcam:

/usr/bin/CCcam_2.3.0 -t -C /usr/keys/CCcam.cfg

I only use cable system.
