As you can see, Atemio Nemesis is very capable satellite receiver. It is very similar to Vu+ Duo2 actually with even more features (two HDMI ports for example). There are no pictures floating around so there is still a mystery regarding Nemesis design. I hope it will have premium look with good display (Duo2 has horrible VFD display) and functional remote control. Latter one is very important as we have it in our hands all the time.
Where to download latest TSmedia plugin for E2 receivers?
Check out this website: http://www.tunisia-dreambox.info/dreambox-e2-addons-2/TSmedia_library/
Here you can download and manually install always latest version of this handy plugin for Enigma 2.
How to distinguish between Vu+ clone and original receiver?
Recently Vu+ introduced new security measures with new drivers. If you happen to have Vu+ clone, do not flash image with new drivers as you will get HW ERROR message on VFD screen and receiver will not boot. Luckily receiver can be restored with simple re-flash procedure. In file below you can check if you have Vu+ clone.
I BOUGHT VU+ VIA OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTER BUT IT IS A CLONE. WHAT TO DO IN SUCH CASE!? You need to contact Vu+ support and they will definitely respond and ask you to send the receiver to them.
How to use remotestreamconverter plugin in OpenPLi 4.0
Remotestreamconverter plugin enables you to connect two satellite receivers with Enigma 2 software and watch channels from one receiver on other receiver.
This is handy if you have more satellites on your main receiver in your bedroom but you cannot afford to install more LNBs or better diseqc switch in your second receiver which is in your cabinet.
Please watch below video for detailed presentation:
At the end you need to enter IP of your second receiver from which you want to obtain additional channels. You also need to enter username which is usually “root” and password which usually does not exist. Thats it.
